Welcome to UnlimitedPrisonCalls.co.uk. These terms govern your use of our telephony services. By registering, using, or paying for our services, you confirm you have read and accept these terms and that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

1. Service Plans and Usage Limits

App-Based Unlimited Plans

Our app-based unlimited plans provide genuinely unlimited calling with no usage caps or fair use restrictions.

Direct Connect Service Limits

Heavy users of our Direct Connect service may be asked to migrate to our app-based service for optimal unlimited calling. We classify heavy usage as:

  • Over 10,000 minutes per month (monthly plans)
  • Over 3,750 minutes per week (weekly/7-day plans)

This ensures all customers receive the best possible service experience.

2. Pricing, Billing and Payment Terms

Current Pricing

Services are charged according to our published rates on the UnlimitedPrisonCalls.co.uk website. Price changes become effective immediately when posted.

Payment Processing

We use secure third-party processors for all card transactions. We do not store your payment details. Charges appear on statements as "CC Prison Calls".

Call Billing

Calls are billed per minute, rounded up to the next full minute. Billing begins when connected to our number, regardless of call completion. All advertised rates include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Plan Terms

Monthly plans auto-renew using your stored payment method. Failed payments result in service cancellation. Minute-based plans expire after 30 days or when minutes are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

3. Money-Back Guarantee and Cancellation

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you contact Customer Services within 30 days of purchase. To process refunds, we require client identification for anti-money laundering compliance.

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel anytime without minimum terms. Use the 'disconnect' button in your account or contact Customer Services. Processing typically takes one business day. Payments are generally non-refundable except under our guarantee.

4. Service Availability and Compatibility

Service Reliability

While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Number Compatibility

Our service works with standard UK mobile numbers. Some premium 07 numbers may incur additional charges or be incompatible. We will notify you if this affects your service. Monthly plans do not support international or freephone numbers.

Number Portability

Landline numbers provided by UnlimitedPrisonCalls.co.uk are not portable to other providers.

5. Account Responsibilities and Management

Account Maintenance

You must maintain sufficient account credit for services. Insufficient funds or failed payments result in number cancellation. While reactivation may be possible, it cannot be guaranteed.

Dormant Accounts

Numbers receiving no calls for 28 days may be expired, making any remaining balance non-refundable. Contact Customer Services if you need to maintain a dormant account.

Account Security

You are responsible for all account activity and charges, whether authorized or not. Report disputed charges within 30 days of your statement date.

Mobile Number Changes

Due to prison regulations, you cannot change your registered mobile number. If your number changes, contact Customer Services with your 4-digit PIN for a new account setup.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and use your data solely to provide our services.

  • Personal Information: We collect your mobile number and postcode/area code for service provision and essential communications (low balance alerts). You cannot opt out of essential service messages.
  • Call Records: We maintain call data (caller ID, time, date, duration) for billing purposes. Records are retained for three months, then deleted.
  • Data Deletion: Personal data is deleted three months after account closure, except information retained for fraud prevention.

7. Usage Monitoring and Records

Our usage records are conclusive evidence for billing calculations. You accept full responsibility for all account activity and agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your service use, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

You must dispute any charges within thirty (30) days of your statement date, or such disputes are waived.

8. Liability and Prohibited Uses

Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify UnlimitedPrisonCalls.co.uk and hold us harmless from claims relating to this agreement. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Prohibited Activities

Service use for fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes activities that interfere with our network or service provision to others.

Service Termination

We may terminate service immediately without notice for violations or threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward our staff.

9. Communications and Notices

Our primary communication method is text messaging to your registered mobile number. These messages constitute official service notices. You must read messages promptly and keep your contact details current.

We reserve the right to withdraw any service immediately without prior notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.

11. General Terms

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or network failures.

Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under this agreement without notice. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent.

Referral Programs

Referral bonuses, when offered, are discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time. Bonuses are paid only when new subscribers fund their accounts and are forfeited if they claim our money-back guarantee.

Agreement Changes

We may modify these terms by posting updates on our website. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
